Echo Lake Country Club resulted from the merger of Cranford Golf Club formed in 1899 and The Westfield Golf Club, formed in 1900.
In April of 1921, these two clubs joined and shortly thereafter, began acquiring land on what is now Echo Lake. It counts among its rich history a Metropolitan Open in 1934, three New Jersey Amateurs, three New Jersey State Opens, the USGA Girls’ Junior Championship and the USGA Junior Amateur Championship.
Today, Echo Lake Country Club continues to emphasize its meticulous 18-hole golf course, a family-friendly environment, a newly renovated 25 meter swimming pool and wading pool, paddle and numerous house events that bring together our membership and their guests.
Prior to your visiting our Club, we invite you to familiarize yourself with our club policies and dress code. We are anxious to welcome you as our guest and in making your time at Echo Lake Country Club a thoroughly enjoyable one.
